8vo. lv + (1) + 484pp. Original boards, rebacked with recent paper spine. A fresh, untrimmed copy. Erased ink ownership inscription at head of title leaf.

First edition (subsequent editions followed). A compilation from existing published sources, but obviously found helpful by its readers.
