Notable items include Charles Etienne Briseaux's Traite de Beau Essential dans les Arts, 1752, remarkable for fact that its text as well as its plates is wholly engraved and excellent copies of Alexander Gordon's volume of 1737 with engraving of Egyptian antiquities and of Persepolis Illustrata, 1739.

Contains interesting books of considerable rarity including Huret's Le Regle, 1665, Le Muet's The Art of Fair Building, 1670, a volume combining Panvinio's Antiquitatum Veroniensium Libri, 1648, with the editio princeps of a now lost manuscript by Cyiac of Ancona, and a selection of rare German language books on the use of pise as a building material.
