Folio. (2) + 126pp, mostly photo ills and plans. Loose in printed sheets as issued, preserved in publisher’s printed folder (the folder defective at spine and at joints, but the printed sheets themselves undamaged, surprisingly in the circumstances).
The designs for small houses featured here are predominantly by Italian modernist architects of the period, including Albini, Griffini, Lancia, Muzio, Palanti, Gio Ponti, Portaluppi and Terragni, but architects outside Italy who are represented include Lubetkin, Roux-Spitz, Scharoun, Sert and Wells Coates.
