Auction sale catalogue describing a large group of surviving drawings for the interior decoration in 1827-8 of the private apartments at Windsor Castle. In many cases they carry the monograph of King George IV and a note that they were approved by him. Although the drawings are in several hands, the overall responsibility for the decoration lay with George iV’s chosen architect, Sir Jeffry Wyatville, and the responsibility for the designs themselves seems to have been shared between him, the furnishers Morel & Seddon, and the Pugins, father and son.
