Good facsimile reprint of the first edition, 1912. Well illustrated with photographs, plans and diagrams, this was probably the most influential and widely read English publication of its time on garden design, and it incorporates in its chapter 5, entitled “A garden in West Surrey”, a description of Miss Jekyll’s own garden at Munstead Wood.
