The first in this series of illustrated catalogues of English architectural drawings held by the Victoria & Albert Museum. It describes nearly two thousand drawings by the architect John Pollard Seddon (1827-1906), a Gothic Revival enthusiast strongly influencec by Ruskin. Seddon’s best known building is what is today the central administrative building for the University College of Wales, Aberystwyth (now Aberystwyth University).
