Report by the Keeper of the Registers and Records of Scotland 1935.
Edinburgh, HMSO 1935.
8vo. (2)+29+(1)pp (duplicated typescript with printed title leaf). Original printed wrappers, cloth spine, creased and defective at outer corners. Corners of text pages also slightly creased and abraded.
A report on the state of the Scottish official registers and records by the then Keeper, George Augustus James Lee, supposedly annual but produced for the first time since 1868. The report lists changes to the system during that time (such as the impact of the introduction of typewriting), but more usefully lists all registers, accounts etc. held by the Keeper at that time.
