A history of the first half century of the Art-Workers Guild, founded early in 1884 by a group of architects and artists which included Lethaby, E.S.Prior, J.D.Sedding, J.T.Micklethwaite, W.A.S.Benson and John Belcher. The volume includes a sketch of the early history of the Guild by Prior, the text of an address to the Guild in 1909 by Selwyn Image (see item ), much useful information about the Guild’s activities and a complete list of its past members. The volume was issued for distribution to the members of the Guild living in 1934 and is scarce today.
