Issued to accompany an exhibition held at the RIBA Heinz Gallery, March – May 1998. Allom’s reputation rests on his accomplishments as an architectural draughtsman and book illustrator, but he also conducted an architectural practice with varying success between the 1840s and the early 1860s.
